These terms apply to purchases made on this site (the “Store”), operated by Showoff, Denmark (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
What you’re buying
We sell digital software licenses for TeleDesk, a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin. No physical goods are shipped. A purchase entitles you to:
- A license key, delivered by email and shown on your order confirmation, immediately after payment
- The plugin files, downloadable from your account or provided setup instructions
- The right to activate that license on the number of websites stated on the product page at time of purchase (typically one)
- Free updates to the plugin for as long as your license remains valid
License terms
Your license key is for your own use and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to activate more sites than your purchase allows. We reserve the right to revoke a license that is misused — for example, shared publicly, used fraudulently, or purchased with a disputed/stolen payment method. Revoking a license disables the plugin’s chat functionality on the site(s) it was activated on; it does not delete the plugin or any of your other data.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If TeleDesk doesn’t work for your store, contact support@showoff.dk within 14 days of your order and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. After a refund, your license key is deactivated.
This is separate from the plugin’s own 14-day free trial, which lets you try TeleDesk’s chat features in full before ever entering a license key — we’d encourage using the trial to confirm it’s a good fit before buying.
Support
Support is provided by email at support@showoff.dk. We aim to respond within a few business days.
No warranty beyond what’s required by law
TeleDesk is provided “as is”. Beyond the refund guarantee above and any consumer protections that apply under Danish and EU law, we don’t provide any other warranty, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or lost data) arising from your use of the plugin. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute not resolved directly with us may be brought before the competent Danish courts, without prejudice to any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence under applicable consumer protection law.
