We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like fraud prevention and estimating taxes
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address and payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes such as to:
- Send you your license key and information about your order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and support questions
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations, such as bookkeeping and tax requirements
- Improve our product and store
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes we collect and use it for, and we are not legally required to continue keeping it. Order information (name, email address, billing details) is kept for 5 years for bookkeeping and tax purposes, in line with Danish bookkeeping law.
License and activation data
When you activate a purchased license on your own website, our licensing server records the license key, the domain name it was activated on, and the date of activation, so we can enforce the number of sites a license may be used on and let you (and us) revoke or transfer it if needed. We do not access, store, or have any visibility into your website’s Telegram bot, its messages, or any of your customers’ data — the plugin you purchase connects directly to a Telegram bot you create and control yourself, entirely separately from our systems.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. This access is used to help fulfill orders, process refunds, and provide support — never for any other purpose.

Payments
We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data is passed to Stripe, including information required to process the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Stripe does not receive your full payment card details — those are handled directly and securely by Stripe’s own systems. Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
Email delivery
We use email to send your license key and order confirmations. Your email address is used solely for this and for responding to support requests, and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes by third parties.
Your rights
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments or placed an order, you can request an export or erasure of the personal data we hold about you, subject to our legal obligation to retain order records for bookkeeping purposes. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
